Epidural Headache Did Caffeine Help Your Epidural Headache?

Did caffeine help your epidural headache? - epidural headache

And how long you have a headache? I am on day 4 of a PDA headache, but the doctor told me caffeine (I'm not a caffeine drinker, but I will) anyway. In an attempt to avoid that I will have a blood stain, but if the headache does not end on Monday, I will speak to the clinic.

I think you should get a second opinion - call your local hospital R & D and tell them what happened.

The blood patch is a safe, simple and immediate relief. I can not believe that your doctor will wait for everything possible, until it is terrible.

If I were you I would ask the hospital and talk to someone at work and delivery to the Council.

I do not know why so many people use caffeine to treat back pain. It is a waste of time. It does not work.

Severe headache of the spine are best treated patch by epidural blood. It has a success rate very high, up to 90%.

Most of the headaches, I can see the spine are of ER papers with big needles for diagnostic lumbar puncture caused in an emergency. We use much smaller needles in anesthesia.

Caffeine can act as an aid to relieve the pain, so often medications for migraine. However, remember that the overdose of caffeine can get worse in May to remove high doses of parental headache

After my first son and had an epidural headache for two or three blood stains! And even with that it had more than a week to feel better. I suggest going to the emergency room and they do the blood patch! The sooner you feel better, better, believe me, I know not what they bring into the situation, if the baby is crying and miss the opportunity of a lifetime!

Did not help at all! I have 2 patch was blood. The former worked for 1 day and my headache back. My hospital told me that the trick Caffine really do not function very well and that the best thing to do to get the blood patch. I asked her advice on the anethesiologist what was said and done the blood test would be the best and fastest way to relieve my pain, headache. Girl, I want a new doctor or re anethiesiologist found if I is 4 days too long to have this kind of headache! Have you left the hospital with this headache? I hope not! My hospital will not let me out with me. It made me stay until we were convinced it was! I do not want to wait until Monday, if I were you, I find a little help now! Good luck!

At this point I think only a spot of blood (your own blood is used) will be useful. Sometimes an infusion of caffeine is to alleviate the symptoms so mild. Both of you need to return to the clinic. Call your doctor now! I do not know why you want to avoid if you are in so much pain. If this does not help, go to the emergency room. There is no reason for you to be more pain than necessary.

nothing helped me! My doctor told me never had a blood stain. I did not know until later. I had suffered terrible headaches and back pain about 2 1 / 2 months and only through them. Knowing how it feels bad, I want to tell them that you have now done.
Hope you feel better soon! =)
